Adds a dark mode option to qtfred's settings. This does switch the ui to Qt's fusion which is distinct from just native but it makes it super easy to toggle themes without having to adjust styling in all existing dialogs.
I also converted the common button images (Play, Stop, Next, Prev, Up Arrow, Down Arrow, Left Arrow, Right Arrow) to direct draw icons so they obey the theme. The toolbar's icons do not need this treatment based on my tests.
I gave each dialog a once-over in the new theme for issues and all look good.
