Cleans up the image assets, removing ones not used (like old wxFRED icons), merges some duplicates, and cleans up existing images to proper PNGs that look nicer in the modern Qt UI.
Merges Color Combo Box (only used for ships dropdown) and Props Combo Box into a single Object Combo Box used for both.
Some minor UI tweaks to the toolbar to make it look nicer.
