Fixes and enhances the right click menu in QtFRED's viewport.

Makes sure menu items enable/disable correctly
Makes sure menu items get the host object name correctly for jump nodes and props
Adds Create submenu allowing quick creation of any object type
Adds a few high use quick options like clone, delete, select wing, etc
