The split between fighter bay and docking bay visualizations makes sense, and the QTFRED aspects are reported as working without issue so approving

Adds a missing view toggle and wires up the last few object menus options
EDIT: Did a little more in-depth clean up here to fix some things that were broken, remove some that no longer make sense, and makes the visibility layers dialog more full featured by moving the Filters into it.
