Adds the working briefing map editor to QtFRED. The briefing map widget renders the map using the actual in-game rendering methods so designers will get a much more accurate representation of what it will look like in game. Comes with additional features like directly setting camera and icon coordinates as well as generally cleaning up the terms and buttons available to make it more clear what each one does as compared to old FRED2.
