Inherit the renovate configuration from scality/platform-renovate to centralize dependency-update policy. Local renovate.json now only contains repository-specific overrides (if any). - Removes duplicated rules now inherited from the central config. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
