If i keep both users logged in, but switch the default, the new code properly shows both users and has the default-user display correctly |

Issue:
users who are created inside scratch orgs (as System Admin) and authenticated locally were filtered out in org list.
Fix:
Show secondary scratchOrg users with Profile=
