It updates dependencies in
yarn.lock, and fixes a type error introduced intoimportPlan.tsWhat issues does this PR fix or reference?
@W-21239801@, sort of. That work item is an OCLIF bug, but the type error here is preventing the OCLIF tests from passing, so it needs to be resolved before we can merge the OCLIF PR. (oclif PR is: oclif/core#1542)
