The existing contributor instructions omit or contradict the actual verification environment and checks. This documentation-only change points contributors to a safe fixture baseline and the project-specific optional/prerequisite lanes, without running workstation discovery or modifying CI policy.
Validation: source, project scripts and CI were inspected; the documented focused local checks passed in an isolated audit checkout. Broader, platform-specific and live-provider lanes are distinguished explicitly. No product behavior, protection rules, visibility, deployment or services changed.
Local checks: locked environment setup, CLI help, 112 synthetic scorer tests, and committed demo artifact generation passed. Demo output stays in the disposable fixture checkout and is excluded from this commit. Full semantic suite, packaging and mutation/release lanes are documented but not rerun for this documentation change.
