The new TreeSink trait removes explicit mutability and suggest the usage of Cell and RefCell. Instead of changing the existing implementation, I opted to copy the Arena implementation from one of the html5ever's example files. The idea is that it's easier to maintain and slightly faster (benchmarks needed). In this commit we also get improvements like: * consecutive text nodes are now collapsed into one. * we now set the children ids of a "document" node in the flat tree parser. * doctype nodes contain more information for the flat tree parser. Closes #230, #236 and #237.
