Hey there!

summary

mount the configured retry adapter for https endpoint requests

closes #590

testing

uv run pytest — 787 passed
E2E: 2 passed (mock-worker jobs and cold start); all 3 temporary endpoints were undeployed
local E2E checkout used the fork branch and per-endpoint cleanup; those changes are not part of the proposed diff
