Update route-planner to v1.1

Route Planner v1.1 — quality-of-life update

Routes & sections:

• Rename routes from the right-click menu
• Reorder sections (Move Up / Move Down)
• Move steps between sections via right-click "Move to Section"
• Mark an entire section complete/incomplete — now available in Player mode too, not just Dev mode

Following & editing:

• Left-click a step to complete it in Player mode (previously required the right-click menu)
• Restored drag-to-reorder for steps within a section (Dev mode), and removed the extra "Reorder" toggle

Highlights & colours:

• The "NPC/Object Highlight Color" setting now actually applies to NPC and object/stall highlights
• All three highlight colours (tile, NPC/object, minimap) now support adjustable transparency via the colour picker's alpha slider

Fixes:

• Bank item steps now read "Bank: " instead of the confusing "Get: " label
