New: XP Tracker tab

A full per-session XP tracking tab, gated behind the xp_tracker feature flag.

• Per-skill session tracking — XP gained, XP/hr, current level, level progress, and estimated time-to-level for every skill trained this session.
• XP/hr sparkline chart — rolling last-hour rate graph with hover readouts that follows the featured skill.
• Featured-skill summary — automatically highlights your actively-trained skill (favorites win, then highest XP/hr, then most recent).
• Favorites & hiding — pin skills you care about; hide skills from the list while still counting them in totals.
• "Today" total — per-account daily XP, persisted across client restarts and reset at local midnight.
• Recent XP drops — most-recent-first drop list with "time ago" labels and a LIVE badge (15s window with a smooth fade-out).
• Accurate active-session clock — runtime and every XP/hr figure pause on logout and resume on login, so rates reflect real in-game time. Optional AFK smoothing excludes idle time beyond a configurable timeout.
• Manual pause/play — freeze the session clock on demand.
• Per-account scoping — each RuneScape account / RuneLite profile keeps its own session; XP never mixes across accounts.
• Website sync — session snapshots sync to RuneAlytics (/xp/session), gated behind the xp_session server flag.
• Presentation polish — per-skill accent colours, circular skill-icon backing, compact mode, show-all-skills toggle, and per-skill resets.

Fixes

• Loot Tracker: untradeable thieving/skilling loot (e.g. coin pouches) is no longer incorrectly hidden.
• Loot Tracker: eliminated panel refresh flicker on updates.
• XP chart: dynamic Y-axis that scales cleanly to the current rate.

Internal (not shipped to the Plugin Hub)

• Added a comprehensive unit-test suite (299 tests) with Checkstyle quality gates, covering the new XP tracking/formatting/session logic and existing loot, matchmaking, and API-client code.
