Normalize the full title by removing special characters and improve the
Get-NoteLinkfunction to support clipboard options. Additionally, enhance theConvert-NotesMeetingMembersToMarkdownfunction to handle Outlook formats and filter out resource calendar entries. This update also includes tests for the new functionality.
