Pull request overview
Updates the README “More Information” section to point readers at current documentation and community resources.
Changes:
- Replaces the RubyDoc link with two documentation badges/links (current release + HEAD/YARD).
- Replaces the mailing list badge/link with an “OAuth Ruby Google Group” link.
- Adds a “Maintainer Blog” badge/link.

The link reference [⛳gg-discussions] is used here (and elsewhere in the README) but isn’t defined in the link reference definitions section at the bottom of the file, so this will render as a broken reference. Add a [⛳gg-discussions]: <url> definition (or switch to an existing defined reference).
