Add CHANGELOG.md with verified published release dates, historical changes and contributor attribution, plus the unreleased #14 modernization and contributor placeholder.
Add a Dangerfile running danger-changelog and the same tokenless reusable workflow pair used by other Grape projects: the PR workflow has read-only contents access and exports a report; the separate workflow_run workflow comments using GitHub’s built-in token without checking out PR code. No inherited secrets or personal access token. The comment workflow becomes active after merging onto the default branch.
Keep normal changelog checks for future PRs, including unreleased-section placement. When CHANGELOG.md is first added, allow historical release entries while still checking formatting and the placeholder. Add Danger development tooling, contributor instructions, and changelog gem metadata.
Local changelog format, RuboCop, specs, and workflow syntax validation pass. All hosted checks pass: Danger, version matrix and Coveralls, and RuboCop.
