Summary
This upgrades Rstack CLI to v0.3.2 and migrates formatting from the standalone Prettier CLI to
rs fmt.Formatting rules now live in
define.fmt(), while lint and staged-file workflows use the unified CLI.The repository-local Rstack CLI skill is also refreshed with the latest formatting and Git-hook guidance.
A local Hyperfine benchmark reduced formatting-check time from 278 ms to 196 ms (29.5%); lint, tests, and library builds pass.
