- Landing: add "Docs" to the top nav (was footer-only), linking to /docs. - Docs: open directly on an intro page — index.md is now a "What is mx?" doc page (with the sidebar) instead of the hero home; added as the first Introduction sidebar item. - Add llms.txt (llmstxt.org standard) at the site root so LLM agents can discover the docs, plus a generated llms-full.txt (all pages concatenated) produced by the deploy workflow.
