Adds a challenge explainer visual language and three finite animated panels: easy cache eviction, medium cache scan pollution, and lost acknowledgement retry. Includes reduced-motion final states, replay, schema validation, and browser coverage. Pairs with the challenges explainer PR; content references these registered figure IDs after both changes land. Verified: 96 unit tests, lint, typecheck, hygiene, production webpack build, and full browser suite (57 passed, 20 external-fixture skips). No new dependencies.
