Preserve dependencies for prefixed order groups
When --order-marker-prefix is configured, order may be a prefixed marker while literal_order is None, so this condition discards each item's dependency marker. For example, two tests inheriting the same sequence1 marker can be sorted prerequisite-first by pytest-order, but if the prerequisite is plain and the dependent uses robot, the adapter places both in one group and starts the dependent worker before running the prerequisite. Use the effective order marker here so prefixed ordering retains the same dependency boundaries as literal order markers.

Preserve boundaries imposed by the order scope
When --order-scope=module or --order-scope=class is used without a narrower group scope, this returns None, although pytest-order limits ordering to the selected scope. Consequently, adjacent unmarked items at a scope boundary collapse into one scheduler group; if an earlier module/class ends with a plain test and the next begins with a robot test, the robot worker starts before the earlier plain test, reversing the scope-separated sequence produced by pytest-order. Use the effective order scope itself as a structural boundary.

Different implementation of #299. I like this implementation better -- it's similar to the original test loop, except with ordering thrown in, and I find it easier to reason about.
My 🤖 started with the same tests from #299, but I asked it to remove the time.sleep calls... so it did some monkeypatching but I think it's testing what we care about here.
