• Develop Python-based tools for tracking changes across monthly biological GeneSet releases used by pathway enrichment platforms including GSEA, g:Profiler, and EnrichmentMap
• Build comparison and validation workflows to identify added, removed, and modified GeneSets, changes in gene membership, and identifier-level differences across releases
• Support modernization of a large-scale bioinformatics pipeline integrating 10+ biological data sources by improving release transparency, reproducibility, and data provenance

• Develop an AI-assisted communication platform to support older adults experiencing memory and communication difficulties during everyday conversations
• Build machine learning and signal-processing workflows to identify conversational patterns such as pauses, repetition, and word-finding difficulty
• Engineer accessible, privacy-conscious interfaces and contextual prompting features using human-centred design principles for digital health applications
