  • Adds the public bindings API shape for direct VM binding groups while keeping deprecated internal compatibility aliases.
  • Renames the sandbox helper/docs/examples from toolkit wording to bindings and keeps one Sandbox Agent per VM.
  • Updates binding examples, quickstarts, and docs snippets to use bindings terminology and the generated CLI command path.
  • Keeps unsupported dynamic actor options rejected and documents that per-actor dynamic resources are not exposed yet.

Closing this single-PR version because the work is being resubmitted as a Forklift stack with the bindings rename split below the sandbox changes.
