Once #483 is merged this is good to go, but we will need a two-stage release going forward to keep riverproui go install-able 😞 We could also choose to not offer that if it isn't worth it / isn't used by many vs embedding within another Go app.

Alright, let's give it a shot. I'll follow up with a 2nd stage CLI release just so we can verify everything's working.
