Display created_at on API keys

Summary

The manage API now returns created_at on GET /v1/manage/apikey and GET /v1/manage/apikey/{id} (requestyai/backend 3695393a2, eng-1791). The CLI now decodes and shows it:

• client.APIKey / client.APIKeyDetails: CreatedAt time.Time \json:"created_at"`(non-pointer, matching the backend DTO; also flows into--json` output)
• api-keys list: new CREATED column (date only, via formatDate), between EXPIRES and LABELS
• api-keys show: new Created at field (RFC3339, via formatTime)

This mirrors how groups list / groups show already render created_at. A missing value (older backend) renders as -.
