Remove the Scheduler bullet. Scheduler is a property of legacy platform applications and cannot appear on the KOTS application settings page that this topic describes. Add the Install methods section, and describe the two tabs on the Settings page rather than documenting the default tab as though it were the whole page. The application settings topic had drifted from the page it documents.
Changes
applications, not KOTS applications, and cannot appear on the page this topic
describes. The bullet also had the condition inverted, stating that Scheduler
is displayed when the application has a KOTS entitlement.
and kURL are listed based on team entitlements. The section is read-only.
the whole page, with no mention of the Replicated SDK signature verification
tab.
Application slug aliases sections. The image file stays in place because the
manage applications topic still references it. A replacement capture is worth
adding once the page settles.
Reconciliation needed
This is a draft because it overlaps with #4529, which edits the same file.
That PR rewrites the Application slug bullet and adds the application slug
alias cross-reference, so this branch leaves that bullet untouched to avoid a
conflict. The Application slug aliases section is also on the page today and
is not described here, since linking to the new topic from a branch off main
would break the link check before #4529 merges. That bullet belongs in #4529.
Once #4529 is live, this branch needs a rebase and a pass to confirm the two
sets of edits read as one page.
