Past the bottom of the page, iPhone Safari showed the theme's background under the green footer. The root now has its own background: the theme's at the top, the footer's once the footer is on screen. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

On iPhone, the area past the bottom of the page (behind Safari's floating toolbar, and when the scroll bounces) showed the theme background under the green footer. The root element now paints the theme colour at the top and the footer colour once the footer is in view. A test checks both.
