java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: no glb for #581

Environment
- Operating System: Linux
- JDK version: openjdk version "10" 2018-03-20
- Visual Studio Code version: Version 1.24.1
- Java extension version: java-0.28.0-1056.vsix
Steps To Reproduce
git clone git@github.com:elastic/elasticsearch.git
cd elasticsearch
code .
- Open a Java file
- Wait watch the compiler server log
- Eventually it'll fail with this
Sorry I don't have a smaller sample project. The build takes a few minutes but it'll get there. This failure lines up perfectly with this bug which looks like it was fixed today. I've no idea why this suddenly showed up for me but such is life.

The repo in question is nearly 2 gigabytes. Unfortunately this isn't a useful example for us to track down much of anything. jdt-ls can't even open a workspace this large without hitting OOM errors.
