context-runtime had no workflows. Adds .github/workflows/tests.yml (push/PR to main, py3.12, pip cache, concurrency, read-only perms, 20 min timeout).
Verified locally in a fresh uv venv with the network disabled (unshare -rn) and no HubSpot/Salesforce credentials in env: 556 passed, 12 skipped. No explicit ignore list was needed: live-service tests are skipif-guarded on credential env vars, which CI never sets. Install:
.[dev,control-plane,duckdb]+ numpy + pillow (needed by multimodal/multivector/analytical tests; without them 16 tests fail on import).Note: tests in a local env that has HubSpot/Salesforce creds will attempt live calls; CI does not.
Open question: want a separate job for ruff (dev extra includes it)?
