The documentation previously asked new visitors to choose a native host before showing how their existing Cloudflare Workers app could become a mobile app. This reorganizes the README, documentation index, examples index and integration guide around that first-time developer journey.

• Lead with the mobile outcome and recognizable Hono, Void and OpenNext examples, then direct new mobile projects to Capacitor.
• Define the first milestone as displaying an existing page, navigating and completing a form or data action on a simulator/emulator.
• Explain prerequisites, current manual setup, application-specific verification and distribution steps. Keep native embedding as a separate entry point and move rendering internals after the integration workflow.
• Distinguish repository examples from customer deployments and verified sample behavior from compatibility claims. Correct the Android documentation index to point to the published Maven dependency setup.

Validation: all 107 local file/heading links in the four changed documents resolve; Prettier and git diff --check pass. Documentation only; no runtime changes.
