Summary

• Add a Changelog page under Overview. It lists the feat, fix and refactor PRs of each release after v1.0.0, newest first, and the PRs after the latest release under Unreleased. Each release links to its GitHub release.
• The page reads the squash-merged commit subjects between the v* tags at build time. packages/react/CHANGELOG.md has no entries for the v1 releases, so the page does not use it.
• The docs build fetches the tags when v1.0.0 is missing, since Vercel clones without tags. Without git history, the page links to GitHub Releases.
