feat: [docs, progress] check props tables in ci and add changelogs - #971
Add pnpm check:docs-props. It uses the TypeScript compiler to compare each docs props.ts interface with the exported component type. It fails on docs interfaces with no component type, documented props the component does not have, deprecated props in a table, missing props, required/optional and literal value mismatches, and inherited Apsara props without an inherits entry and an "Inherits all props" line. A new docs CI job runs it after pnpm test:docs, which tests the check and the changelog parser. AGENTS.md and CONTRIBUTING.md describe the check and the job.
Fix the props tables to match the components. Add missing props (for example the Select root, DataView field and Theme props). Remove props that do not exist (List.Itemalign, with its "Aligning rows" section) and deprecated props (Accordion orientation and DatePicker calendarProps). Correct required flags, defaults, types, callback arguments and the inline-* and 'trap-focus' values. The Toast page uses Toast.createToastManager(), because the package does not export createToastManager by itself.
Document Drawer.Trigger, Drawer.Close, Popover.Close, CodeBlock.LanguageSelectContent and CodeBlock.LanguageSelectItem. Parts that take another Apsara component's props say "Inherits all props" and do not repeat them.
Make Progressvalue optional, which matches its default of 0, and test the default. Mark classNames on Indicator and DataView.Filters and CodeBlockmaxHeight as @deprecated. Correct the JSDoc of Drawerside.
Add a Changelog section to each component page. It lists the feat, fix and refactor commits whose scope names the component, or that change only that component's directory, grouped by v* release from v1.0.0. Commits after the latest tag go in an Unreleased group. The docs build fetches the tags when v1.0.0 is missing and unshallows a shallow clone.
Decisions
Decision
Why
Enforce the tables in CI, on top of fixing them once
Hand-written tables drift. A one-time fix goes stale.
Compare the docs with the real component types through the TypeScript compiler
The types are the source of truth. The compiler handles required flags, unions and overloads.
Skip props that come from React or Base UI
The tables document Apsara's own props.
A part that reuses another Apsara component's props must say "Inherits all props"
Readers see where the other props are documented, and the tables do not repeat them.
Keep all exceptions in one CONFIG block, with a reason for each internal or required prop
Exceptions stay visible and reviewable.
Fail on deprecated props in a table
The docs do not promote props that are going away.
Fix the docs to match the code, except Progressvalue, where the type is fixed
The code is what ships. For Progress, the docs (optional, default 0) were right and the type required it.
Mark classNames on Indicator and DataView.Filters and CodeBlockmaxHeight as @deprecated
Every classNames key was already deprecated in favor of data-slot. maxHeight has no effect.
Move the Indicator fallback label change to its own PR (#982, merged)
It changes behavior.
Build the changelog from squash-merged feat, fix and refactor subjects between v* tags, from v1.0.0
No changelog to maintain by hand. CI enforces the commit format. Releases before v1.0.0 are the Radix-based library.
Fetch tags in the docs build only when v1.0.0 is missing, and link to GitHub Releases when there is no history
Vercel builds from a clone with no tags. A fetch on every build would add a network call to each local build. The build does not fail without tags.
It looks like this branch is under active development. To avoid overwhelming you with review comments due to an influx of new commits, CodeRabbit has automatically paused this review. You can configure this behavior by changing the reviews.auto_review.auto_pause_after_reviewed_commits setting.

Walkthrough
The pull request updates component prop declarations, API references, and examples across the documentation. It adds scoped changelog generation and rendering for component and data-view pages. It adds a TypeScript-based documentation prop checker with tests, package scripts, CI coverage, and contributor guidance. It also updates Progress typing and test coverage, adds deprecation annotations, and changes the documentation build preflight.

Explanation
The changed files support issue #879. The checker, CI job, tests, prop-table corrections, inheritance notes, and related component type corrections address props-table drift. The changelog parser, renderer, page integration, and tag handling address per-component changelogs. The remaining documentation and comment changes correct the APIs that the checker and component docs expose. No demonstrated unrelated product behavior change is present.
Full details: Linked Issues check
Explanation
Issue #879 has three coding objectives. The PR adds the docs-props checker, CI coverage, and matching prop-table corrections for the drift objective. The PR adds generated per-component changelog content for the changelog objective. The reviewed changes do not add Accessibility sections for Combobox, Menu, ContextMenu, or DataView. The current summary shows only an inherited-props note for Combobox and no accessibility changes for the four required pages.
Resolution
Add Accessibility sections to the Combobox, Menu, ContextMenu, and DataView documentation pages. Cover the relevant keyboard and assistive-technology behavior for each component. Then rerun the docs tests and docs-props check.
