@michaelklishin I'm closing this PR (I don't see what it fixes and it does not compile) in favor of #1915, which sanitizes the (old) MemoryAlarms test. I think it is a better starting point to fix flakes, feel free to update it accordingly. |

Only one test actually needs a low heartbeat timeout value.
