LGTM.
There is still a reference to SCO in configure.ac (and pyconfig.h.in):
AC_DEFINE([SYS_SELECT_WITH_SYS_TIME], [1],
[Define if you can safely include both <sys/select.h> and <sys/time.h>
(which you can't on SCO ODT 3.0).])
The comment should also be updated in PC/pyconfig.h (remove (which you can't on SCO ODT 3.0)):
/* Define if you can safely include both <sys/select.h> and <sys/time.h>
(which you can't on SCO ODT 3.0). */
/* #undef SYS_SELECT_WITH_SYS_TIME */

Removes the configure.ac branches for SCO UnixWare 7, OpenUNIX 8, SCO OpenServer 5 and ReliantUNIX, the matching pyconfig.h block, the SCO-only preprocessor branches in the curses and posix modules, and the 'unixware7' platform string in test_fcntl.
Tested on macOS (clang) and on Linux (GCC 14)
