Add a simple example to demonstrate the colors available in cmd2.Color
This example actually surfaces what I consider to be a bug/edge-case in how the output methods are handling styling when
soft_wrapisNoneorTrue.Run the example and then run the
taste_the_rainbowcommand with no arguments. All is good.Then run the example and run
taste_the_rainbow -b. That doesn't look right. Actually I changed it to setsoft_wrap=Falseso it looks right, but before that it looked wrong.
