| Fix ``HookCaller._remove_plugin()`` to remove all hook implementations for a plugin in a single call, instead of only the first one. Also fix ``PluginManager.get_hookcallers()`` to not return duplicate ``HookCaller`` entries when a plugin has multiple implementations on the same hook (e.g. via ``specname``). |

i vaguely recall that the bug that’s getting fixed here was for practical usage countered with another bug in the calling code, i'll ave to validate this

That makes sense — it does look like
get_hookcallersreturning duplicates may have been accidentally compensating for_remove_pluginonly removing one impl at a time (since the caller would iterate the duplicates and call remove for each one). I'd appreciate you validating that. This PR fixes both sides:_remove_pluginnow removes all impls in one pass, andget_hookcallersdeduplicates properly. If you find the calling code was relying on the old behavior in some way I hadn't considered, happy to adjust.
