Examples are broken due to pandas deprecations that weren't addressed earlier, so docs [sphinx-gallery] can't run some of them

Broken on pandas v3.0.0

Dunno why, but some changes also affect tests, I will wait for CI here to see what happens or if I missed anything else. I'm stupid; what I meant is a non-example file was changed, it is a benchmark test. Not a pytest test.
