Change

A cold start with no network opens the shell offline on the last confirmed account, then confirms the session when the network returns.

Before	After

• A session put.io rejects still signs out, at launch or on reconnect.
• No confirmed account yet: the session check screen stays, now retrying on reconnect.

Closes #417

Validation

• ./gradlew verify and the debug assembles
• Emulator in airplane mode: offline Files and play, then online untouched

Unverified: a rejection at launch, live.
