작업 배경

OpenCode 1.18 task lifecycle compatibility fix from PR #4 is merged into main, but the latest release tag still points to v0.2.4. Publish the merged fix as v0.2.5 so tag-pinned installations can update without relying on the mutable main branch or cache deletion.

작업 내용

• Bump the package and runtime update-notifier version to 0.2.5.
• Promote the merged lifecycle fixes from Unreleased to the v0.2.5 changelog entry.
• Update the README install and upgrade examples to pin v0.2.5.
• Regenerate the committed dist/tui.js artifact.
