Summary:
Bing has helped to accelerate our push to rewriting core modules of Lodestar using Zig for mainnet deployment in 2026. His contributions to the client implementations started in July 2025 and he continues to make great strides in contributing significantly to our client's transition to Zig, starting with rewriting and rebuilding our state transition, tooling. metrics and gaining knowledge with core protocol development in the process.

This PR also includes a link to our Lodestar-Z repository which houses our Zig related codebase.
