Publish og to npm as @profullstack/outreachgraph, serve /install.sh - #173

- apps/cli is now the publishable @profullstack/outreachgraph (bin `og`), a single Node-targeted bundle in dist/og.js with the MCP client inlined, so `npm i -g` works without any workspace package on npm. The four Bun-only calls (spawn, spawnSync, Bun.file) use node: APIs, so it runs under plain Node >= 20 as well as Bun. Adds `og --version`. - A workspace key (og_live_...) names its own workspace, so the CLI and MCP no longer demand OUTREACHGRAPH_WORKSPACE_ID/ORGANIZATION_ID with one. - apps/web/public/install.sh: `curl -fsSL https://outreachgraph.com/install.sh | sh` installs og with bun, else npm (Node >= 20), into ~/.local when the global prefix is not writable; served as text/x-sh and kept out of the crawl gateway's matcher. - Install line in the README, the homepage and llms.txt.
