- main: Windows shells (pwsh/powershell/cmd) and hqsh.exe off the PATH, PATH delimiter and the Windows Path key, Homebrew bins + UTF-8 locale for Finder launches, home dir when started from a launcher, macOS app menu. - renderer: Cmd+<key> on macOS does Ctrl+Shift+<key>; Windows install hint. - electron-builder: macOS dmg+zip (ad-hoc signed), Windows NSIS + zip. - CI and release: build and smoke-test on macos arm64/x64 and windows x64. Adds macOS (Apple Silicon + Intel .dmg/.zip, ad-hoc signed) and Windows (per-user NSIS installer + portable .zip) builds of hqterm desktop, with CI smoke tests that launch the real app on each.
