fix(footer): revalidate static pages hourly so the shared footer updates - #42

The homepage and other prerendered pages were baked at build (s-maxage=31536000), so a @profullstack/footer release would only show after a redeploy. ISR every hour instead. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
