feat: catch up with infernet v0.1.58; release v0.2.28 - #40

- Docs, homepage, getting-started, README and CLI help no longer advertise `infernet run`, `infernet models list` or `infernet benchmark` (none exist). They show `infernet chat`, `model list [--node]` and the new managed-endpoint `reservation` commands. - `c0mpute pool` asks /api/peers for 100 (the API cap, not 1000), says the count is dialable nodes only, and adds the online/registered total from /api/overview, which includes nodes behind NAT. - `c0mpute pool --node <id>` lists one node's advertised models via GET /api/nodes/<id>/models, no infernet install needed. - `c0mpute plugin list` prints the real installed coinpay/infernet versions instead of a hardcoded v0.1.0. - infernet module manifest: workload command is `chat` (there is no `run`); note that its version is the wrapper's, in lockstep.
