Compiled both agentic workflows with gh-aw v0.89.9 and aligned the CI/setup compiler versions in commit 768a37f. The generated output is idempotent and all CI checks pass.

Fixed in 9e95bf7. The prior compile lacked repository context, so it emitted tag refs and different schedules; this commit restores the immutable v0.89.9 action pin cache and CI-matching schedules. I reproduced the exact agentic-workflows clean-tree check successfully. The new Actions run is awaiting approval (action_required).
