Description
Adds dev-docs/bidders/biddigi.md for the biddigi bidder adapter (code PR linked above). BidDigi is a programmatic SSP with 380+ verified publishers across news, sports, entertainment, OTT and CTV; this adapter lets any Prebid.js publisher request bids from BidDigi's own OpenRTB 2.5+ auction endpoint.
Understood that this documentation merges after the related code PR merges and releases.
