- Add agent-builder-agent for creating custom OpenCode agents
- Add create-agent slash command with templates (primary, plan, review, docs, security, test)
- Move prpm-json skill from .openskills/ to .opencode/skill/ per OpenCode conventions
- Update prpm.json with new packages and corrected paths
- Update README and AGENTS.md documentation
