This PR attempts to make the playground feel more embedded in the website by making it a proper quarto document etc. I've moved the status indicator to the sidebar because the playground can't interact with the main navigation bar - apart from this I've changed the accent color to darkteal instead of teal because I thought the very green, no-contrast look was a bit hard on the eyes
