I have block of 'Add Tab' kind for tickets
I have a mandatory field 'Test' in it
But saving changes in tickets work without asking for update of field above.
When the field is in the ticket form, mandatory setting is applied.

2- save
3 - Saving is accepetd
When mandatory field is in a Ticket form :
