Update polars-pf to 1.2.0 - #115

Bump `polars-pf` in the Python 3.12.10 environment from 1.1.61 to 1.2.0 (milaboratory/pframes-rs v1.2.0). - Joins on Int or Long axes of JsonPartitioned columns give the correct rows (milaboratory/pframes-rs#304). - Same-axis outer joins no longer sort the secondary rows again, and result tables use `lz4_raw` with 128K-row groups, which lowers peak memory (milaboratory/pframes-rs#305). The new dependency ranges fit the pinned `msgspec`, `polars-lts-cpu`, and `pyarrow`. `typing-extensions` is no longer required.
