This branch includes an update to the vitess protos used in psdbproxy, v21 -> v22. Vitess >=v0.22.0 <v0.23.3 defines go/hack/ensure_swiss_map.go in a way that's not compatible with Go 1.26. This makes it impossible to use v0.22.x here. This commit bumps vitess to v23. The only difference between v22 and v23 protos is related to the transaction_timeout session variable, but everything appears to work fine despite that.
